At Ganny’s Drive™, all products are handcrafted and prepared with care.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We primarily ship via UPS and USPS.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
